All holiday houses have their own “little rules”, in the end they are a general guidelines for mutual respect between the parties and the surrounding context.

1. The first indication we give, is that after the 11.00 pm there is the “silence” because there is a family that lives near the house and so please no parties or night parties.
2. The second indication is to follow the separate waste collection from the appropriate table in the kitchen.

3. The third indication is to be careful not to leave food and drinks in the garden because insect and ants could arrive.

4. The fourth indication is to remeber to turn off the air conditioners when you go out. Leaving the air conditioner on all days, with high energy consumption its not right for the ambience.

5. The fifth rule: when the weather is bad and there is a strong wind, remember to close the green wooden doors of the balconies, they make a lot of noise if they slam!

6. No smoking in the house.

7. For other extra services (late check-in, extra towels ecc…), which we do not usually offer, there may be prices and payments.

8. The parking fee (in case you arrive by car) and tourist tax ( in Conca it is 2 euros per day per person, except minors under the thirteen age) are paid during check-in.

9. Last rule, the check_in starts from 4.00 to 7.00 p.m and the checkout is 10 am.
